Hotels with special rates for parents
Hotel rooms will be provided for student ambassadors only. Each student ambassador will be assigned to a room with roommates.
If a parent or chaperone plans on staying in the northwest Arkansas area for the weekend, we do have several hotels in the area that have special rates for HOBY parents.

Transportation
SOMETHING NEW THIS YEAR THAT IS BEING OFFERED THIS YEAR..... There will be a chartered bus picking up students at various cities throughout the state.
We are still working on the details. If you would like to ride the bus, e-mail Robyn Nelson
with the name of your student, city, and name of school. Please do so by March 7th.
We will set a bus route after March 10th with the exact cities the bus will pick up and drop off along with arrival times.
At this point, the only thing we can say for certain is that a chartered bus will leave from a location (exact city TBD) in southeast Arkansas on the
morning of Thursday, April 10th. The bus will go through the Little Rock area up to Bentonville.
The bus will arrive in Bentonville in time for student orientation. The bus will be leaving on Sunday, April 13th immediately following the closing ceremony.
Students should arrive home sometime in the late afternoon to early evening. We are very excited to offer the bus service this year.
